|Amount of credit line/loan|
- with the confirmation of income: up to 70% from the collateral cost taking into account the requirement of the Bank’s internal documents;
- with indirect confirmation of income: up to 50% of collateral value, taking into account the requirements of the Bank's internal documents. But the maximum amount of a credit line/loan should not exceed 30 million tenge against property located in Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Atyrau, Aktau, Shymkent against property located in other regions should not exceed 20 million tenge.
Without the confirmation of income:
If customer or third party has granted as a collateral:
- residential real estate, which is not the only, or non-residential real estate - 35% of the value of the security, taking into account the requirements of the Bank's internal documents;
- residential real estate, which is the only one – from 15% to 35% of the value of the security, taking into account the requirements of the Bank's internal documents.
And maximum amount of credit line/loan should not exceed 10 million tenge.
