The advantages of the Jýsan Pay card are as follows: 
• Online opening of an account and receipt of its number, including subsequent delivery of a Jýsan Pay card,
• An opportunity to open up to 21 foreign currency accounts per card and to manage the foreign currency accounts using the Jýsan mobile application,
• Validity of the card is 5 years,
• Bonus for purchases – up to 2%,
• Premium Bonuses up to 15% - through packaged offers at your choice
• No fees for the issue of the card and its annual servicing during the first year,
• No fees for SMS notifications during the first year,
• No fees for cash withdrawals using Jýsan Bank ATMs,

How to open a Jýsan Pay card?
Resident individuals may order a Jýsan Pay payment card using the Jýsan mobile application or from any Branch convenient for you. Nonresident individuals may order a Jýsan Pay payment card solely at any Branch convenient for you. Please carry an original personal identification document. An unembossed payment card will be issued immediately by any Branch during your first visit. To receive an embossed payment card, it is necessary to contact the Branch chosen by you when ordering the card through the mobile application.

Are there any restrictions to cash withdrawals from a payment card using the Bank's ATM?

The cash withdrawal limit for the cards is up to 2,000,000 Tenge/month. The limit may be changed from the Jýsan mobile application or if the payment card holder contacts the Bank's Call Center at 7711 (toll free from mobile phones).

How to enter My Account in the Jýsan mobile application?
To enter your My Account on the Jýsan mobile application, you should press the "Log In" Button in the "My Bank" Section, enter your phone number and passport to access the application. If you have already entered the mobile application and installed a quick access code, Face ID or Touch ID, then to enter it again it would be sufficient to enter the 4-digit code, put your finger or scan your face.

How to open a child's multicurrency card?
You may order a child's multicurrency card using the Jýsan mobile application by choosing a preferred design, or you can receive it immediately at any branch of the Bank. To order a child's multicurrency card, the mandatory requirement is that his/her parent shall hold a multicurrency card. The parents can order a multicurrency card using the Jýsan mobile application or by contacting any branch of Jýsan Bank convenient for them.

I have a loan. May I get another loan to purchase?
After the on credit/on installment options are available on JMart, you will be able to submit an online application for purchasing a product on credit or on installment even if you have a current loan. The decision is to be made on a case-by-case and depends on your credit score and solvency.
