Will any Cashback be accrued for purchases made on JMart?
- If you purchase using Jýsan Bank cards, you will get the guaranteed Cashback in the amount of up to 2% (depending on your card service terms) per purchase.
- If you purchase using another bank's cards, the Cashback will be accrued in compliance with terms and conditions established by your bank.

The goods purchased through JMart have proved to be defective. Can I have them replaced?
If the goods purchased through JMart are defective, you should contact the outlet that sold the goods. Most outlets do accept the goods and replace them with identical ones.

May I return the goods? Who shall I contact?
Pursuant to the laws of the RoK, you may return or have a non-food good replaced within 14 days after the purchase, provided that it is of an adequate quality, has not been used, remains marketable, retains its consumer properties, seals, labels and a documents certifying the purchase thereof. To initiate the return/ replacement, you are required to contact the Support Desk at info@jmart.kz or +7(727)344-19-61 (ext.7014).
*Cellular phones, medicines, medical devices, underwear, legwear garments, piece goods and notions, as well as plants are included in the list of exclusions, which may not be returned or replaced.

Why are there different prices of the same product on JMart?
There may be different prices of the same product, as the prices are established by the vendor according to its own internal policies. JMart offers access to different vendors to enable you to find an optimal price without leaving home.

How to collect the money when a product purchased through JMart is returned?

- If you pay with your bank card, the funds will be repaid to the bank card you have used to pay.
- If you purchase a product on credit/ on installment plan, the money will be refunded to your corresponding bank/ card account with the Bank.
The refunding process takes up to 3-5 business days.

I have a loan. May I get another loan to purchase?
After the on credit/on installment options are available on JMart, you will be able to submit an online application for purchasing a product on credit or on installment even if you have a current loan. The decision is to be made on a case-by-case and depends on your credit score and solvency.

The due date of the monthly installment shall be chosen by the client at his/her sole discretion in the course of the lending procedure, from the variants offered by the Bank.

How long does the consideration of an application for an on installment/ on credit purchase take?
The applications are considered on an automatic basis. It takes 5 or more minutes. You will be notified of the result of the consideration of your application through an SMS sent to your phone and a message sent to your email address. In addition, the result of the consideration can be found in your My Account on Jmart.kz and our Jmart mobile application.
