- by contacting the Support Desk with the request to cancel the order at +7(727) 344-19-61 (ext. 7014).
- If you pay with your bank card, the funds will be repaid to the bank card you have used to pay.
- If you purchase a product on credit/ on installment plan, the money will be refunded to your corresponding bank/ card account with the Bank.
The refunding process takes up to 3-5 business days.
