How to obtain /install a PIN-code on your payment card?
After you receive a payment card, you are required to install a PIN-code. You can install the PIN-code in either of the following two ways:
1) install the PIN-code via the Jýsan mobile application;
2) install the PIN-code by yourself through an ATM of the Bank.
The procedure for installation of a PIN-code through the Bank's ATM:
1) it is required to send the following SMS from a mobile phone number registered with the Bank, at 7711: epin ХХХХ (where ХХХХ are the last 4 digits on the payment card);
2) in response, an SMS with a temporary PIN-code is received from the Bank;
3) then it is necessary to insert your card in any ATM of Jýsan Bank and enter the received temporary PIN-code in the PIN-code box;
4) from the ATM's menu, choose the "Install /Change PIN" Section and enter twice a PIN-code invented by you for the payment card, in the said box (the ATM must display a message and issue a slip to certify the successful change of the PIN-code);
5) after a permanent PIN-code is installed, your payment card is actuated and ready for the use.
Important! The temporary PIN-code is intended solely for the installation of a PIN-code to the payment card via an ATM of Jýsan Bank and shall be valid for 30 calendar days. No other transactions are possible with a temporary PIN-code. If a PIN-code is installed in the Jýsan mobile application, then it is not necessary to request any temporary PIN-code.

What should I do, if I forgot the PIN-code?
If you forget the PIN-code to your payment card, you can install a new PIN-code in either of the following two ways:
1. From the Jýsan mobile application, if you have access to your My Account. For this purpose, you are required to:
- log in through the Jýsan mobile application (enter your My Account) and go to the "My Bank" Section;
- choose the required card and click it in order to move to the "Card Details" Section;
- press the "PIN-code" and select the "Change the PIN-code" Line;
- enter the new PIN-code twice in the popped-up window.
2. Changing the PIN-code by yourself through the Bank's ATM. For this purpose, you are required to:
- contact the Bank's Call Center and delete your old PIN-code;
- send the following SMS from a mobile phone number registered with the Bank, at 7711: epin ХХХХ (where ХХХХ are the last 4 digits on the payment card);
2) in response, an SMS with a temporary PIN-code is received from the Bank;
3) then it is necessary to insert your card in any ATM of Jýsan Bank and enter the received temporary PIN-code in the PIN-code box;
4) from the ATM's menu, choose the "Install /Change PIN" Section and enter twice a PIN-code invented by you for the payment card, in the said box (the ATM must display a message and issue a slip to certify the successful change of the PIN-code);
5) after a permanent PIN-code is installed, your payment card is actuated and ready for the use.

I am in a foreign country and have forgotten the PIN-code to my payment card. May I obtain a new one?
If you are abroad and have forgotten the PIN-code to your payment card, you may obtain a new PIN-code, provided that you have an access to the Jýsan mobile application. For this purpose, you are required to:
- log in through the Jýsan mobile application (enter your My Account) and go to the "My Bank" Section;
- choose the required card and click it in order to move to the "Card Details" Section;
- press the "PIN-code" and select the "Change the PIN-code" Line;
- enter the new PIN-code twice in the popped-up window.

What should I do if I have improperly entered the PIN-code several times and the card is frozen?
If the PIN-code to your payment card has been entered incorrectly several times and your card is frozen, you are required to zero the PIN-code typing attempt counter. The related fee is 200 Tenge. To zero the PIN-code typing attempt counter, you are required to:
- Log in through the Jýsan mobile application (access to your My Account), go to the "My Bank" Section, choose the required card and click it in order to move to the "Card Details" Section. Press the "PIN-code" and select the "Zero the PIN-code Typing Attempt Counter" Line.
- Contact the Bank's Call Center at 7711 (toll free from mobile phones) and inform the operator to that effect. The operator will zero attempts to enter the PIN-code to the payment card.

What should I do, if the last digit is illegible on the PIN-envelope?
If the last digit is illegible on the PIN-envelope, to have the PIN-envelope reissued it is necessary to contact any branch of the Bank at your convenience.

What should I do, if an SMS with the temporary PIN-code has not been received?
If no SMS with the temporary PIN-code is received, it is required to check correctness of the SMS text at 7711 with epin: epin ХХХХ (where ХХХХ are the last 4 digits on your payment card). If the text was entered correctly, it is necessary to contact the Bank's Call Center at 7711 (toll free from mobile phones) and inform the operator to that effect.

What should I do, if a payment is not effected using with a temporary code?

It is not possible to make any payment or conduct any transaction using the temporary PIN-code to your payment card. The temporary PIN-code to your payment card is intended solely for replacing it with the permanent PIN-code.

If your PIN-envelope is lost, you should contact any Jýsan Bank branch convenient to you to have a new PIN-envelope issued. In addition, if you have an access to your My Account of the Jýsan mobile application, you can change your PIN-code. For this purpose, you are required to:

The current PIN-code to your payment card can be changed in either of the following two ways:
